Faith: Trusting God When You Cannot See the Way
# Faith: Trusting God When You Cannot See the Way
Faith is easy to talk about when everything is working. It becomes real when life stops making sense.
There are seasons when you pray, yet nothing seems to change. You believe God, but the door remains closed. You know His promises, but your present reality seems to contradict them.
This is where faith becomes more than words.
Hebrews 11:1 says, **“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”**
Faith does not mean you understand everything God is doing. It means you trust His character even when you cannot understand His process.
Abraham left home without knowing exactly where God was taking him. Joseph carried a dream through betrayal, slavery, and imprisonment. David was anointed king while still living through seasons that looked nothing like royalty.
Their circumstances changed, but the faithfulness of God did not.
Sometimes God will give you enough light for the next step, not the entire journey. We often want the complete plan before we obey, but faith says, **“God, I may not see the whole road, but I trust the One leading me.”**
Faith is not pretending that fear does not exist. It is refusing to allow fear to have the final word.
So when the answer is delayed, keep trusting. When the path is unclear, keep walking. When circumstances challenge what God has spoken, keep believing.
You do not need to see everything ahead of you.
You only need to know that God is already there.
